OUR COMMITMENTS

At Headquarters for AI ("HQ"), we recognize the growing importance and use of AI in today's business landscape. As an industry leader in AI consulting, we believe it is our responsibility to set the standard for transparency and accountability in the use of AI.

The following AI Transparency Commitments outline our approach to using AI in an ethical, visible, and responsible manner.

1. Content Labeling

We will clearly label all content created by our company, including emails, slide decks, deliverables, and social media posts, using the following categories:

  • Human Generated, Human Approved:
  • Content created entirely by humans without the use of AI.

  • Co-Created with AI, Human Approved:
  • Content created through collaboration between humans and AI. This could be created by AI with input from a human, or content created by a human and modified by AI. In both cases, the final content is always reviewed and approved by a human.

  • AI Generated, Human Approved:
  • Content generated almost exclusively by AI. This content is always reviewed by a human before being shared with a customer or audience. We take full accountability for the content and its use.

2. Human Oversight

We believe that AI should augment human interactions, not replace them. Using AI without human involvement can create a poor experience for our customers and audiences.

Even when we use AI to create content, our team puts significant thought and effort into ensuring the quality, accuracy, and appropriateness of the output. This includes:

  • Relevant Context:
  • Iteratively collecting and curating data to ensure our AI has accurate and relevant context before generating outputs.

  • AI Governance:
  • In all scenarios, adhering to human-in-the-loop governance to review outputs for accuracy, tone, bias, and language to maintain our high-quality standards.

3. Transparency and Accessibility

Not only did we post our AI Transparency Commitments on our website, but we also include a link to it in our email signatures, social media posts, and other company generated content.

This ensures that our commitment to transparency is easily accessible and visible to our customers, partners, community members, and followers. Our hope is that by leading the way, others will take a similar approach.

4. Feedback and Communication

We encourage our customers, partners, and followers to provide feedback and ask questions about our AI practices. We are committed to maintaining an open dialogue and continuously improving our practices based on stakeholder input.
