An AI Workflow to personalize payment requests and boost AR.
Challenge
AR teams manually pulled invoices from ERP, calculated age, and hand-crafted outreach for rejected card payments. A small offshore team plus a leader spent 4–6 hours/day, and generic “automations” risked being ignored—hurting recovery and adding operational drag.
Solution
We integrated ERP data to compute balances and days-aged, then drafted human-review emails with tiered tone: courtesy (<45 days), urgent (45–60), critical (>60 with service impact). Drafts land in the AR inbox for one-click send, while Slack notifies owners and maintains a clear history of attempts and outcomes.
Results
Drafting time fell by ~75%, saving ~3–4 hours/day per analyst and freeing leaders from repetitive composing. Outreach is timely, auditable, and consistently on-brand—improving recoveries without sacrificing the professional tone customers expect.
