An AI Workflow to aggregate data and perform analysis.
Challenge
Analyst teams spent 2–3 hours per brand per week collecting metrics from platforms (Meta, Google Ads/Analytics, affiliate tools), reconciling CSVs, and writing narrative updates. Many lacked data-warehouse support, leading to brittle spreadsheets, inconsistency, and lost time.
Solution
We unified data via APIs and files, performed calculations deterministically in code, and used a focused “analyst persona” to explain trends (WoW/MoM/YoY). Users trigger runs in Slack, select time windows (MTD or previous month), and receive dynamic HTML briefs with tables and AI commentary via email—no dashboards required.
Results
For a portfolio of ~80 brands, weekly effort dropped by ~120–150 hours (≈ 6,240–7,800 hours/year), while consistency improved because math lives in code and the LLM focuses on analysis. Teams now spend time on strategy and testing instead of copy-pasting columns into decks.
