The assistant blends curated expertise with live queries to the product information system, logs low-confidence gaps for follow-up, and encourages usage via privacy-aware prompts and simple feedback.

Results

The company avoided ≥ 3 FTE in category staffing while unlocking instant product Q&A for onboarding, service, and internal ops.
