Mike and Kevin LOVE technology, AI is their strongest passion. Having spent their professional lives in tech consulting they have over 40+ years of experience helping organizations build solutions and skillsets with AI, data, and analytics.
They now see the HUGE opportunity created by GenAI. Having worked together for over a decade and delivering over $250M of professional services, Kevin and Mike have built complementary styles to engage clients to solve their most challenging technical and cultural challenges.
Mike has been in consulting since 2006, always focused on combining people, process, human-centered design, and technology to build highly adopted business strategies, data platforms, and analytics solutions across a variety of clients and industries.
Starting in 2020, Mike had the amazing opportunity to make a career move and put himself directly at the intersection of innovation and social impact. With a focus on state and local government, education, and non-profits, he found an undeniable opportunity to use data ethically to build more inclusive, sustainable, and transparent solutions.
Now, with the accessibility of generative AI solutions, Mike believes the way businesses operate, how humans interact and collaborate, and how we embrace technology to build positive outcomes in our personal and professional lives is changed forever. Let's not fear this change, let's embrace it!
Kevin is a lifelong technology consultant. He is a former Java architect, who shifted into technical project management and engagement leadership. These aspects of his experience allow him to see client problems through the eyes of a solver and a builder. Every problem has a solution. His job is to help his clients see and feel the optimism of the future and to quickly get a return on their investment.
Kevin has built long standing methodologies around data viz governance, has spoken at numerous conferences, and established a Tableau User Group for Chicagoland. With the continued innovation around Generative AI, Kevin has again refocused his energy on harnessing the power of new technology and aligning it to productive personal and business use-cases.
Kevin’s most proud professional achievement came after many years of hard work, humble reflection, and mentorship. While being the executive sponsor for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) for his Chicago team, he participated in a civil rights pilgrimage with the Justice Journey Alliance. He then stood up inclusive programs for his 800+ person office and was awarded as a 2023 Crain’s Notable Leaders in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
